Temperature monitoring in pharmaceutical refrigerators in
medium-sized facilities uses wireless thermometers with WiFi interface:
LB-523T (single-sensor with
display), LB-523TD
(single-sensor with display and door opening control), LB-533T
(WiFi interface, four sensor with display and door opening control).
Data from thermometers are received via the WiFi interface of any
tablet (or smartphone) with Android and with the installed STORE-LOGGER
application, which: allows system configuration, displays current and
historical data from attached thermometers, creates and prints reports
on an attached printer with Bluetooth interface, sends reports in CSV
and PDF formats via e-mail, signals exceeding alarm thresholds
(optically, audibly speaking with voice messages, sending e-mails and
SMSes).
Measurement data from each of the tablets with the STORE-LOGGER
application are sent via a GSM connection to an external database,
which is run by the LBX server
computer program running on a computer with Windows system. LBX server
archives measurements, creates backup data, provides visualization of
results in the form of graphs, tables and reports and signals alarm
states. System users communicate with the LBX Server via workstations
(PCs with the LBX Client program), enabling the system to be operated
in parallel at multiple stations from any location.
