LAB-EL PC software rules of use

In reference to the VAT tax concerning computer program licenses we inform about the following:

1. The programs posted on the web page www.label.pl are a part of the measurement equipment sold by our company. They are included in the price of the devices sold by us and the only way one can use them is by paying 100% of the VAT invoice, which is a legal proof of purchasing a certain measurement device. Posting these programs on the web page www.label.com.pl is supposed to provide our clients with warranty services.
   
2. The software marked as DEMO is posted on the web page www.label.pl only in order to show the potential customers its characteristics (technical parameters) and we do not provide a license for its free usage. The programs are sold after receiving an order and a proof of having a license for them is the paid in 100% VAT invoice.
