DESCRIPTION

Panel LB-472C is a temperature controller integrated with a precise microprocessor converter. Temperature measurement is realized based on a thermoresistor Pt-1000 (optionally Pt-100). The regulator realizes a threshold regulation algorithm controlling the executive devices using transmitters. For each of the two controlling outputs it is possible to define separately a threshold and a switch over hysteresis.

The device can be used as a simple temperature regulator controlling a heating element. When using the other controlling output it is possible to realize two degree control of the heating power or use the other output as an alarm of exceeding the allowed temperature. 

The panel has a keyboard consisting of five key buttons type micro switch allowing on performing the regulator setting and storing them in a non-volatile memory.  The memory also stores the calibration data of a measurement probe introduced by a producer.

The panel can be delivered to a client with a standard calibration for a sensor Pt-1000 (or Pt-100), it can be also calibrated along with a sensor that is going to be used (individual sensor calibration).    

The regulator with a temperature sensor, adequately to an order, can have an individual calibration certificate of a temperature measurement path from the Institute of Energy in Warsaw or the Calibration Laboratory LAB-EL.

*) - Going beyond recommended constant work conditions (i.e. when installing the device in the open space) requires using an additional protection means for the device's electronic part so that water out dropping does not start inside of the device (using additional outside casing).

INTERFACE I - voltage

INTERFACE II - current

Series called digital current loop, 1 line TXD (active TXD line stage complies with 25 mA current, in the rest stage 15 mA), time transmission parameters in accordance with RS232C: 300 bps, 7 bits of information, without evenness control, 1 stop bit.

Possibility sending the measurement results automatically to long distances in big measurement systems (i.e. to multi sensor climate supervision systems - see LB-473). Output with a galvanic isolation.

OVERALL DIMENSIONS

Panel casing (to be hanged on a bus bar TS35) overall dimensions: 158 x 90 x 58 mm.

Attention:
The device should be installed inside an additional outside casing, i.e. wall switchgear. Climate category of additional outside casing has to be adjusted to conditions that control the installation place. The device is provided without cables (also without a power supply cable) as a component for installation only by an authorized person.
